At Incrementors, we strive to provide exceptional digital marketing services to our clients. Our refund policy is as follows:
General Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for our services unless explicitly stated in the contract between Incrementors and the client.
One Month Money-Back Guarantee:
For ongoing projects with a minimum duration of 6 months, we may offer a one-month money-back guarantee, provided it is included in the contract agreed upon with the client.
Refunds on Mutual Concern:
In the rare event of a mutually agreed upon refund concern, the refund process may take 5-10 business days to initiate, and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in the client’s bank account.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
We do not offer refunds for situations such as unmet expectations or any other circumstances not covered in the contract.
Refund Request Process:
If you wish to discuss a potential refund, please send a formal written notice to [email protected] at least 10 days before the next renewal to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
