Domain age
This is another factor which gives information to search engines that since how long your site is alive. This also gives clues of popularity and status of your site to SEs. In general for newer domains it is difficult to build-up high ranking. But market has also seen some website performing superbly within couple of months. So be careful while choosing or changing domain name.
